Life Care Planning
Anyone, young or old, can face long-term care issues. If you or a family member need long-term care, whether at home or in a facility, at some point expenses can mount very quickly. Few people can afford to privately pay for such care without long-term care insurance or public benefits. The process can be overwhelming. In addition to helping you find benefits and ways to protect your assets, we have a Life Care Coordinator (LCC) who can assist in developing an action plan, make referrals, and monitor quality of care. Our LCC can also help with discharge planning, find beds at good facilities and attend care plan meetings. In short, help you navigate the mine fields of long-term care should it become necessary.
